By accessing and using Njangi On-Chain ("the Service," "our Service," "we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

Njangi On-Chain is a decentralized platform that facilitates rotational savings and credit associations (ROSCAs) using smart contracts on the Sui blockchain. Our service enables users to:

• Create and participate in savings circles
• Make automated contributions using cryptocurrency
• Receive payouts according to predetermined rotation orders
• Participate in transparent, blockchain-based financial activities

3. Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into contracts
• Not be prohibited from using our Service under applicable laws
• Comply with all local laws and regulations regarding financial services
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where our Service is prohibited

4. User Account and Security

4.1 Account Creation

You may create an account using zkLogin authentication through supported social providers (Google, Facebook, Apple). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4.2 Wallet Security

You are solely responsible for:

• Securing your cryptocurrency wallet
• Managing your private keys
• All transactions initiated from your wallet
• Any losses due to compromised wallet security

5. Financial Services and Risks

5.1 Savings Circles

When participating in savings circles:

• Contributions are made in cryptocurrency and are irreversible
• Payouts are automated by smart contracts
• Circle completion depends on all members fulfilling obligations
• Security deposits may be forfeited for non-compliance

5.2 No Investment Advice

We do not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. All decisions are made at your own discretion and risk.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal activities or money laundering
• Attempt to manipulate or exploit smart contracts
• Create fake accounts or misrepresent your identity
• Interfere with the operation of the Service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Use the Service to defraud other users
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the platform

7. Smart Contracts and Blockchain

7.1 Immutable Transactions

All transactions on the blockchain are immutable and irreversible. We cannot reverse, refund, or modify completed transactions.

7.2 Network Fees

You are responsible for all blockchain network fees (gas fees) associated with your transactions.

7.3 Smart Contract Risks

Smart contracts operate autonomously. While we conduct security audits, we cannot guarantee they are free from vulnerabilities.

8. Fees and Payments

• The Service may charge fees for certain features
• All fees are disclosed before transaction confirmation
• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified

Our Service integrates with third-party services (wallets, blockchain networks). We are not responsible for the performance or availability of these services.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for losses due to market volatility, user error, or force majeure events

You may discontinue using the Service at any time. Complete all active circle obligations before stopping use.

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or illegal activities.
